By accessing or using BizViz ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BizViz provides an AI-powered financial intelligence platform for accounting firms. The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties of specific outcomes. We are not a CPA firm and do not provide licensed tax or legal advice.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. After 30 days, no refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you upload. You grant BizViz a license to process this data solely to provide the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for benchmarking and platform improvement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Use the Service for illegal activities.
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized users.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZVIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
